Our network, called “Coaching Connections” meets mainly over the Internet, through emails and through websites.

“Coaching Connections” Vision

The Canadian Midwest District Network of Children’s Pastors and Workers is committed to partnering with the National Children’s Network by seeing that we:

• Disciple children’s ministry leaders who will
• Disciple children’s ministry volunteers who will
• Disciple Children

“Coaching Connections” Plan

We will seek to do this in three key areas:

1. Care = Connecting, accountability, resourcing and equipping
2. Cause = Sharing information, resources and ideas
3. Commitment = Measures progress / having a personal application / the “so what” factor

The CMD Director of Children’s Ministry, Monique Hodge, will further personalize this network by contacting one children’s ministry pastor or worker a month and work through a series of questions pertaining to their specific ministry and will address any specific needs, concerns or prayer requests that person may have. Our district Children’s Ministry website will also highlight a Children’s Ministry Worker of the Month by sharing their advice, information and reason for being involved in children’s ministry in order to inspire and encourage the rest of the “Coaching Connections” network.
